Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

ARs:

- Mike write text for contract to complete IBISCHK message help.
  - Started.

- Mike reply to Atul about the DLL extension problem.
  - Done
  - Bob: There has been no software release yet.

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.
  - Mike: We should drop these ARs given new work to have Atul do it.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


IBISCHK Message Help:
- Mike showed a document.
- Mike: There is a confusion because W157 is UNUSED, but the spreadsheet
  doesn't indicate that.
- Bob: We should keep the comments even for unused ones.
  - They may have been marked as such by mistake.
  - We should standardize how they are marked unused.
  - The type column could have a U appended.
  - This will be a lot of work for Atul, especially external languages.
- Mike: This needs
- Bob: The comments should not repeat the message.
- Mike: The E153 comment adds only a little detail, for example.
  - If we had good messages the comments might not be needed.
- Bob: The task is not to rewrite messages.
- Mike: What should the comment be when the message is clear?
  - IBID?
- Bob: It could be blank where it's self explanatory.

- Bob: We should focus on undocumented checks.
  - There is a warning if C_pkg is greater than 1nF.
- Mike: Some bugs and message typos may be found.
- Bob: Those would be written as bugs.
